The AA Series

If you use a split cane rod, or if you always wanted to use cane when fishing, this is the net for you.  The same cane used in making the finest casting rods is used in this series of nets.  It is hard to find any natural product for landing nets that has a higher strength to weight ratio than Arundinaria amabilis, the species of bamboo that is the best one for cane rods.  The cane is hand split, milled and then combined with select hardwoods to make a light, strong and great looking landing net.  Due to the strength of the cane, only three laminations are required in the bow.  The same Tung Oil base finish used on the Wood Series nets is used on the AA nets.  Handle length can be specified by the angler for a custom fit. NoSnagBag2 is standard.

AA-G
AA-G:  This net is designed for small drift boats, prams, canoes, pontoon boat and for guides that have walk-in trips to spring creeks.   The 10" deep NSB2 net bag has a flat bottom and is very fish and angler friendly.  Handle length can be specified (via special order) by the angler for a custom fit.

AA-LR

AA-LR:  Cane rod tips are a bit more sensitive to sharp bends compared to graphite or fiberglass rods.   Therefore the handle on the AA-LR is a bit longer than most personal landing nets, increasing the reach of the angler when landing a fish.  The increased reach allows for less of a bend at the rod tip when bringing in a fish to the net.  Handle length can be specified (via special order)  by the angler for a custom fit. A 10" deep NSB2 is standard.
