Return Policy:
Satisfaction Guaranteed.
If for some reason you are not happy with your order, return it for a prompt
refund. All S2 products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty
against manufacturing defects. Any item abused, neglected or altered
will void this warranty. If you have a product that needs to be returned,
ship it back to us pre-paid. Include a detailed letter of explanation
describing the problem. Be sure to include a day time phone number
where we can reach you. If the product is determined to be defective,
S2 Products will repair or replace it and ship it back to you.
Any S2 Product that is broken and
is not covered by the warranty, can be replaced with a similar model. The
cost of replacing it will be 35% off retail price. The broken piece
must be returned with a letter of explanation prior to a new one being
shipped out.
Care of Wooden Nets:
Wooden frames can last generations
but in order for that to happen they need to be maintained. All wooden
S2 net frames are finished with a Tung Oil finish (Water Lox Marine), specifically
formulated for marine applications. This finish makes it easy for
the owner to touch up the frame whenever necessary. At the first
sign of wear, apply any exterior rated oil finish on the frame. Follow
the instructions on the container. Keeping a finish on the frame
will protect your investment and make its life expectancy almost limitless.
Please dry the frame and net bag after each day's use. Do not leave
it in areas where it will sit in water for prolonged periods of time (this
is considered abuse and neglect and will void your guarantee). If

Repair and Restoration:
Any repair or restoration work,
not covered by the warranty, will be done on an individual basis.
The owner needs to send in the frame for inspection and an estimate will
be provided and approved before any work is started.
